If you can't find what you're looking for here, get in touch at info@calibrio.co.uk. We're happy to answer any questions before you commit to anything.
Just get in touch with (email info@calibrio.co.uk or use our contact form) and tell us what you need; the equipment, how many items, where you're based and any specific requirements you have. We'll come back to you within 2 working days with a clear, straightforward quote.
Our quotes are based on the information you give us. If the scope changes once we're on site, (additional equipment, different requirements) we'll let you know before we proceed with anything outside what was agreed.
We think so. We're a specialist business with low overheads, and we don't have layers of management between you and the people doing the work. If you have a quote from another provider, we're happy to take a look.
No. All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT.
It depends on our schedule at the time, but we'll always give you a realistic timeframe when you enquire. If you have a specific deadline, an upcoming audit, for example, tell us upfront and we'll do our best to work around it.
Yes. We're based in the North West of England but we work with laboratories across the UK. Wherever you are, get in touch and we'll let you know what we can do.
Yes. If you need equipment calibrated on a recurring basis, we can arrange a schedule that works around your lab's needs so you're not having to remember to rebook each time.
For most equipment, yes, we come to you and carry out the work on site. For smaller, portable items such as data loggers and thermometers that aren't built into your equipment, we may need to take them off site for calibration. We'll let you know at the time of booking if that's likely to apply to any of your items.
An asset list with the make, model and serial number of each item due for calibration or servicing, access to the equipment, any relevant calibration history if you have it, and details of any site-specific health and safety requirements. If you have a risk assessment or site induction process, let us know in advance and we'll make sure we're prepared.
It depends on the type and number of items being calibrated or serviced. We'll give you a realistic estimate when you book, if needed, so you can plan accordingly.
We aim to issue calibration certificates within 3 days of the visit as standard. For larger jobs with a high number of assets, it may take up to 5 to 7 days. We'll give you a realistic timeframe when we scope the work so you know what to expect.
Your certificate includes equipment identification details, the calibration results, traceability information, the date of calibration and any relevant notes. It is issued under our UKAS accreditation and meets the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025.
Yes. Our UKAS accredited certificates are designed to meet the documentation requirements of regulated environments. Find out more about our accreditation here.
Your certificate is issued for the agreed purpose. If you need to share it, with a client, regulator or auditor, that's fine. If you intend to use it in legal proceedings, please contact us first.
Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. We'll invoice on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed.
We accept bank transfer or credit card. Please note that credit card payments are subject to an additional charge of 2%. We'll confirm payment details when we invoice.
Just get in touch by email or on phone. We'd rather answer your questions upfront than have you unsure about anything.
